Super Cute Retro
These are adorable! They are pearlescent, but they're not translucent or transparent. You could put a white under, to help them pop, but I don't think it's necessary. I did not use a white underneath. The wraps were a tad stiff, warming them with my mini nail heater helped with that. A few bubbles during application, but my top coat should flatten them by tomorrow.
