How to view and choose your preferred shipping method
Depending on your location, we have 2 warehouses where we ship your order. We have two online stores that offer free shipping to different locations:
If you are in the US, Canada, or Mexico, please go to lilyandfox.com - orders here are shipped from our US warehouse.
If you are elsewhere, head to lilyandfox.com.au - orders here are shipped from our AU warehouse.
Once you've added items to your cart, simply select your preferred shipping option at checkout. We offer free and paid shipping options with tracking available for all orders.
After filling out your shipping information, click or tap Continue to shipping, and the shipping options should appear. Shipping options and fees will be provided based on your shipping location.
The following shipping options are available based on which store you order from.
Our Lily and Fox USA store caters to orders shipped in the US, Canada, and Mexico. We have free shipping options available to these locations but know that we also have expedited shipping and tracking options available, especially if you need your order to arrive for a specific date or occasion.
Your orders are shipped from our warehouse in Illinois. From Standard with tracking to Priority Express, we got you covered! 😉
Take note though that international orders going outside US/Canada/Mexico will default to our Standard Shipping with tracking option which is set at £17.99.

Lily and Fox AU store offers shipping services to customers in Australia and everywhere else. We provide free shipping options for these locations while also offering expedited shipping and tracking options, especially for customers who require their orders to arrive on specific dates or occasions.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Perth, Western Australia. We offer a range of shipping options, including Standard with tracking, Priority with tracking, and Express Shipping to ensure that you get your order delivered on time 😉
For orders going to US/Canada/Mexico, please know that this does not offer free shipping and would automatically default to our Standard Shipping with tracking option, which is set at $9.99 USD. As I'm sure you can imagine, it is expensive to ship from Australia to the US/Canada or from the US across to the UK, and vice-versa
